Returns
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested fragrance products cannot be returned.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Return requests must be made within [14] days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used fragrance products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery at info@aromaparis.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item received
- A photo of the packaging, if relevant
We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
